Our purpose is to ensure that Code subscribers meet the standards of good practice set out in the Customer Owned Banking Code of Practice.
The Code Compliance Committee’s Annual Report describes our work to achieve this purpose between 1 July 2020 and 30 June 2021, including:
monitoring Code Compliance
sharing recommendations for good practice
engaging with stakeholders
analysing the external financial services’ environment, and
ensuring efficient and effective Committee operations.
