Information about the 2024 Annual Compliance Statement (ACS)

This page provides you with information about the 2024 ACS program. The ACS asks for information about your Code compliance frameworks, breach and complaints reporting and monitoring, as well as your organisation’s overall culture of compliance. The 2024 ACS covers the period from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.
